About

Hey, I’m Lauren!

You probably came to this page because you want to know my story. Who am I? And what does that have to do with you? Well, full transparency here – I’ve only just mebegun to discover what makes me me. I graduated from college, got my first “real world” job, and quickly realized that somewhere along the way, I had lost my sense of self. Or, perhaps, had never even begun to discover it. What did I really want to be doing? What are the things in life that make me actually feel happy? That make me feel ALIVE?

So, I set out to find some answers. I focused on the things that were making me unhappy, and went about changing those things that I was in control of. Then I started paying more attention to the things that brought true happiness into my life, and made an effort to incorporate them on a daily basis. A big part of this whole process has been understanding that it’s okay to not know all the answers. That’s what this whole “living” thing is all about! It’s about creating a life that inspires you. That wakes you up. That makes you feel infinite (because you are!).

I’ve since traveled through many different countries, completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and started my business as an Integrated Health and Wellness Life Coach. I help women all over the world remember what it’s like to love and trust yourself no matter what, and reconnect to that inner voice that helps guide you always. I’ve battled with anxiety, depression, and self-dislike for so many years, but now I help coach women move toward empowerment and self-love. It’s pretty awesome, I must say.  🙂

I created Seek Out Happiness as a place to write about things that inspire me and bring happiness to my life. By sharing it with others, I hope to spread this light and encourage you to recognize your own ability to seek out happiness every single day. Because life is too short to live anything less than your best! I’d love to know more about you, so if you feel called to connect, please shoot me a note.

Love over everything,

Lauren ❤
