It’s the truth, isn’t it?

We are all slaves to our thoughts. Take a moment to ask yourself, where is your attention going? What are you allowing your attention to focus on? Is it on the never ending chatter inside your mind? Is it on negative self talk? Is it on the “what if”s and “should have”s and “what happens when”s?

Try, instead, to let go. You cannot control what happens, but you can control your thoughts about what happens. In fact, the ONLY thing you can control is your thoughts.

Once you realize that, you are free.
